SG Partners is an executive search firm specializing in global financial services. Our firm’s founding dates back to the beginnings of the private equity industry. We pioneered the banking-to-buyside recruitment model and helped build the teams at many of the leading private equity firms today. SG Partners has evolved with the alternative investments industry and, since inception, has expanded our expertise beyond private equity to hedge funds, real estate investment firms, private credit funds, other alternative asset managers, investment banks and corporations.

Hillary BrooksManaging Director
Hillary is a Managing Director and heads our pre-MBA recruiting practice. She joined SG Partners in 2012 and works with the firm's private equity, hedge fund, real estate, investment banking and corporate clients. Previously, Hillary was a recruiter at a boutique search firm where she focused on the placement of investment professionals in fixed income sales, trading and research for both buy-side and sell-side firms. Hillary began her career at Morgan Stanley first in Private Wealth Management and then in Human Resources. Hillary graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in Geology.

Amy CohenManaging Director
Amy is a Managing Director and heads our private equity and private debt practices. Prior to joining SG Partners in 2012, Amy spent 10 years in investment banking and private equity. Amy was previously Chief Operating Officer of the Private Fund Investments Group at Lehman Brothers, an alternative investment group, and before that a Vice President at Lehman Brothers in the Strategic and Business Planning Group in Investment Banking. Amy also spent several years as a Vice President and an Associate in the High Yield Banking and Merchant Banking Groups at Lehman Brothers. Prior to business school, Amy worked in the Capital Syndication Finance Group at Chemical Bank. She graduated cum laude from Wharton with a BS in Economics and a concentration in Finance and received her MBA from Columbia Business School.

Emily GradManaging Director
Emily is a Managing Director and heads our senior investor relations, fundraising and marketing business, as well as other non-investing roles. During her long tenure at SG, Emily has managed several of our practice areas including senior investment professionals at hedge funds and real estate investing. Prior to joining SG Partners in 2004, Emily was a Managing Director in charge of Investment Banking at Lipper & Company and a Vice President in Merchant Banking at Bankers Trust. Emily began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Kidder, Peabody & Co. She graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University with a BA in Political Science. She received her JD/MBA from Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School.

Andrea GrossmanManaging Director
Andi is a Managing Director and heads our post-MBA investment banking, capital markets and corporate development practices. She joined SG Partners in 2004 and covers investment banking and consulting candidates starting at the Associate level. She works with our investment banking, private equity, hedge fund and corporate clients. Previously, Andi was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in Healthcare Investment Banking and in Private Wealth Management. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics and was co-captain of the women’s varsity tennis team. Andi received her MBA from Columbia Business School.

Megan is a Managing Director who heads our lateral private equity associate team and co-heads our hedge fund and real estate recruiting teams. Prior to joining SG Partners in 2015, Megan co-managed Orion Consultants' global fixed income and foreign exchange consulting practice. Previously, Megan was an Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse. Megan graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in History and received her MBA from Columbia Business School.

Michael graduated from Manhattan College with a BS in Accounting and received his JD from Hofstra University, School of Law and is a member of the NY State bar.

Emily is a Director and focuses on our investor relations and marketing practice. She works with our asset management, private equity, hedge fund, and corporate clients. Previously, Emily had a long career in investor relations and marketing. She led IR teams at several hedge funds across a number of strategies including Drake Management, Advent Capital, Silverback Asset Management, and Passport Capital. Most recently Emily was the first dedicated IR professional at SoFi Technologies and helped to take the company public. She began her career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Emily graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University with a BA in Economics and received her MBA from Columbia Business School.
